Oll.tv began as a visionary project to create a premier IPTV/VOD platform from scratch in Ukraine. With no existing product to build upon, the challenge was to conceptualize, design, and implement a completely new streaming service. The aim was to deliver a seamless, multi-platform user experience that would cater to a broad audience, integrating live TV, on-demand video, music, and radio into a single, cohesive product.
From Concept to Reality: Building a product from the ground up, starting with market research and conceptual design.
Cross-Platform Design: Ensuring a consistent user experience across web, mobile, and SmartTV platforms.

Inception: Participated from the earliest stages of the project, contributing to the vision and strategy for Oll.tv.
Market Research: Conducted a comprehensive analysis of competitors and user needs to define the product’s core features.
Concept Development: Created initial wireframes and prototypes, presenting the conceptual design to stakeholders for approval.
Product Architecture: Designed the overall structure of the platform, ensuring it could support multiple content types (TV, VOD, music, radio) and scale efficiently.
User Interface Design: Developed both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, focusing on intuitive navigation and a visually appealing layout.
Collaboration: Worked closely with developers throughout the process to ensure that the design was implemented accurately and effectively.
End-to-End Design: Oversaw the complete design process, from wireframes to final UI, ensuring that the product met business goals and user expectations.
Multi-Platform Launch: Successfully rolled out the platform across web, iOS/Android mobile apps, and SmartTV applications (AndroidTV, Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Sony).
Feature Development: Introduced key functionalities such as user registration, payment systems, and device management, all integrated into a seamless user experience.
